Presentation by Trish Santini, External Relations Director, Guthrie Theater
Join MWMC for an intimate event at the Guthrie Theater with Trish Santini, who will share the challenges and successes of expanding the brand for the world-renowned Guthrie and talk about how she has deepened the theater’s relationship with the Twin Cities community. She’ll also share her stories of marketing theater on Broadway and in Los Angeles, and about her arrival in Minneapolis to usher the Guthrie’s big move. Bring your business cards and network with other current and future female leaders. Event will include a Q&A with Trish and a tour of the Guthrie.

About Our Speaker
Trish Santini joined the Guthrie in August 2006 in as external relations director. She is part of the Guthrie’s five-member senior management team, overseeing marketing communications, education, visitor services, events and the Guthrie store.
Before arriving in Minneapolis, Trish served as the vice president of the Broadway Division at TMG–The Marketing Group, a national marketing and press agency for Broadway and National Tours. She directed and managed the marketing campaigns for more than two dozen Broadway shows including The Drowsy Chaperone, WELL, Mamma Mia!, Doubt, Hairspray, Avenue Q and Movin’ Out. She has also served as the director of marketing at the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles and as a consultant to a number of west coast theater organizations. Trish was the founder of the not-for-profit theatre company The Working Group.

Parking is available in the ramp on South 2nd street directly across from the Guthrie and in numerous parking lots throughout the neighborhood. On-street parking is also available.

MWMC’s Women Launching Women Networking Series allows members and non-members to connect in an informal environment over appetizers and cash bar. Event-goers will hear a local business leader share her story about the launch of her career. All events include a Q&A with the speaker, appetizers/cash bar, and the opportunity to build vital connections with other women in the marketing and communications industry.
