Take Charge of Your Social Media

Presented by Lisa Grimm, Senior Manager, Social Strategy, Imagination

The digital revolution is well under way and businesses of all shapes and sizes are defining what [and how] digital and social media represent in their respective organizations, often with few resources in people, time and budget. There is a fast and furious technology learning curve; rapidly emerging social technologies and a need for content that tells the story of your organization and the products and services you offer. Where do you start? How does the culture and personality of your brand translate digitally? Is your marketing content optimized properly across web, mobile and social?  What’s the ROI? In today’s connected marketplace, it is vital to think about how your brand is represented across digital channels to ensure sustainable growth, presence and ROI. In this session, we will explore:

  • Developing Social Media Strategy
    • The Foundation: Culture, your business plan, mission and objectives
    • Planning: Laying social media over existing business/mar comm objectives and plan
    • Digital Strategy: How does social fit into your existing digital strategy?
    • Content Strategy: The importance of content and leveraging user-generated content
    • Community Management overview
    • Measurement + ROI
    • Q&A
  • Live Strategy Session: Tying it all together with a live strategy clinic.
