About our speaker: 

Jennifer Kane, principal of Kane Consulting, is a communications strategist with more than 15 years of experience working with B2B and B2C companies. She is a two time IABC Bronze Quill award-winner for her strategic planning and specializes in integrating traditional marketing and communications approaches with digital tools and technologies.

Jennifer has nearly two decades of public speaking, education and training experience and speaks nationally on topics related to social media, content marketing, change management and digital communications. She has conducted webinars for Vocus andMarketing Profs and was an adjunct faculty member at theMinneapolis College of Art and Design and Concordia University in St. Paul. She also hosts a popular business book club in Minneapolis and manages the Spinal Fusions Suckscommunity on Facebook.

Jennifer is part of the author community at Steamfeed and She Owns It and has been a frequent guest on the Next Stage Business Radio Network. She has guest blogged for BlogWorldand Mark Schaefer’s blog, {GROW} and been syndicated onBlogHer. Her expertise in social media has been featured inMinnesota Business, Twin Cities Business, WCCO, Metro Magazine, The Line, Finance and Commerce and Minnesota Meetings and Events. In her spare time she thinks a lot about the zombie apocalypse and the awkwardness of writing about oneself in third person.
